As well as its many other facilities, the boutique hotel has a treatment room and guests can book a massage to ease away aches and pains, or simply to help them relax and recharge.

A range of massage treatments are offered by Thais Dalla Zanna of Massage Aljezur. Thais has been working as a massage therapist for more than 15 years. She takes great pride in her work, which combines physical techniques with mindfulness approaches.

Her experience and skills have been enriched by her studies of massage therapy at the Brazilian Institute of Therapies and traditional Ashtanga Yoga at The Yoga Institute in Bombay, India. She also has a Bachelor CUSC in Nutrition & Dietetics as complementary fields of health and well-being.
